We have worked with HJJ for many years, and they are an absolute joy to work with. Never any trouble, each time when the phone rings they are always friendly even when it’s a complex issue. We either solve the issue over the phone or go out to their office. Either way, they are always willing to listen to what we have to say and trust us to make the right decision, plus will go out of their way to help us fix the problem. Which is brilliant because it works both ways, as it makes our job easier and less downtime for them. Did I mention they feed our boys with bacon butties! Maybe that’s why the team loves them! Hmmm I wonder…
No, honestly the relationship we have built with HJJ is second to none, maybe because of our similar work ethos. We at Convene IT, pride ourselves as being reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and personable, which is what HJJ are all about.
